We are looking for a volunteer to help us maintain our photo library.

The assistant role encompasses assisting the Lead Photo Librarian in managing the database for photos received from our work across the globe, communicating through email, phone, and/or Zoom as needed to undertake weekly assignments with deadlines for completion (e.g., renaming digital files and tagging them with keywords), to provide feedback to the Photo Librarian on the progress and issues encountered with assignments, and to plan upcoming assignments.

Detail oriented and globally minded helpful.

Experience with Box.com is preferred, but we will train you if needed!
