Responsibilities
- Virtual Camp Counselors and CITs (Counselors in Training: 14-15 year olds) are responsible for virtually assisting with managing a group of 10-20 children on a daily basis.
- Virtual Camp Counselors/CITs will be assigned to various roles including Assistant Teachers, Event Planning & Fundraising, Grant Writing, Administrative, Support Staff, Social Media Marketing Assistant, Tutors/Assistant Tutors, etc.
- Ensure children's safety, manage children's behavior and act as a role model and mentor.
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and additional staff to ensure virtual activities run smoothly.
- Counselors must be at least 16 years of age; CITs must be at least 14 years of age; both with working papers and all necessary documents.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager
Qualifications
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A COMPUTER/LAPTOP WITH VIDEO AND AUDIO COMPATIBILITY, AND ADEQUATE WIFI CONNECTION.

Located in the heart of Jackson, NJ, we specialize in improving the self esteem of youth and families in surrounding suburban as well as underrepresented and underprivileged communities, while promoting integrity and stewardship, and offering, to youth in our surrounding states from Maine to North Carolina, an innovative opportunity to train, excel, and compete academically, artistically, and athletically.
