Frontier Hospice and Transitional Care

Frontier Hospice
We create a compassionate circle of support for our patients and families by providing the finest, individualized end-of-life care.

We are in need of volunteers to sew Memory Bears and Pillows for families of Hospice Patients. We will use fabric provided by families. We will supply the pattern and all the other supplies. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to your community. Many of these patients passed during the covid 19 pandemic and their families did not get to see them. We can provide comfort for these families by making these memories for them. These projects can be made at home. All we ask is that you make a commitment complete the bear once it is assigned to you. Let us know if you are interested. We let volunteers choose how many and how often they would like to make memory bear or pillow.

You can check out Memory Bears and Pillow on Pinterest

DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC OUR MAIN GOAL IS TO KEEP OUR PATIENTS, VOLUNTEERS AND STAFF SAFE. WE CAN DELIVER SUPPLIES TO YOU AND DROP THEM AT YOUR HOUSE ON THE PORCH OR SOME VOLUNTEERS COME TO THE OFFICE AND WE MEET THEM OUTSIDE TO GIVE THEM SUPPLIES, YOUR CHOICE.
