Active Project Briefing:

Create easy access to essential digital resources (computer, WI-FI, establish digital identities) and connect individuals to empowering opportunities that promote expansion and possibility.

Who We Are Looking For:

Our organization is looking for virtual volunteers to assist with the previously mentioned active projects. Someone who can conjointly work on research, communicating with potential resources or partners, small project process design, content curation (outside of social media) and more. In short, we need someone who can assist with the smaller , more specific elements of these projects.

Requirements:

  • Adept in Microsoft 360
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Access to internet and computer (desktop or laptop)
  • Able to video conference weekly

Description

The CARDBoard Project is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization whose main objective is to bridge the digital gap within the under-served communities within the DFW area.

Technology is an essential to all means of living, for many this essential is grossly limited. These limitations actively hinder education, healthcare, and overall economic growth. Here we address this pertinent issue on many levels.

Between providing physical access to essential technology, active projects working to eradicate "desert" Wi-Fi zones, working with individuals one on one to connect guests to empowering opportunities and resources, we consistently progress our cause.
