We'll be cleaning up and doing some landscaping at a house we are renovating for a family to soon make their home.
Feel free to bring your own work and/or garden gloves and tools if you have them, but all supplies, including PPE, will be provided.
Please wear close-toed shoes, long-sleeved shirt and pants to protect yourself in the case of poison ivy.

For more than 20 years, CHWC has transformed vacant lots and blighted properties in Kansas City, KS, into thriving neighborhoods through building and renovating affordable homes for sale and for rent, providing homebuyer education, financial assistance and counseling, as well as community engagement through our arts studio and urban teaching farm.
Since 2002, CHWC has built, renovated or repaired over 500 homes, educated thousands of families, generated over $90,000,000 of capital investment in Wyandotte County Neighborhoods, and touched the lives of countless residents and volunteers through our arts, urban agriculture, and other community engagement efforts.
