Statistician needed for autism speech-language study

We have developed Sing and Speak 4 Kids, an online music-based program to support children with autism and English language learners with speech delays (see SingandSpeak4Kids.com for details and intro video). A recently completed research study focused on a group (n=26) of 2-6 year old children using Sing and Speak 4 Kids . The preliminary data analysis gives promising results, but we need a more in depth analysis performed by an experienced statistician. Our goal is to determine if the study results can lead to a designation of "evidence-based practice" as defined by U.S. Dept. of Education ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act). It is preferable that this person have experience in education or learning outcomes to understand the study purpose, but not necessary. We hope to use these analytics in a research article to be published in an academic journal in the area of speech-language development.
