Yours Humanly is seeking a volunteer assistant writer with professional writing experience who can help us advance our mission and engage stakeholders through brand storytelling and emotional appeals. We are looking for a volunteer with demonstrated experience writing for organizations across print and digital platforms; experience with nonprofits that focus on education is a plus. The assistant copywriter will work with the Yours Humanly director of marketing and public relations, with opportunities to be an influencer as a member of the Yours Humanly family. Work can be managed and completed remotely.

The ideal volunteer candidate has strong written and oral communications skills; strong professionalism and work ethic; demonstrated experience writing engaging copy and content that appeals to the emotion; maturity to follow directions; and enthusiasm to work independently and in a team environment.
