There are many ways VBS volunteers can get involved, including leading games, songs, and lessons or by providing lunch to our elementary age students. VBS leaders will help teach lessons from the Bible and shine a light on the promise and hope of God.

Bayshore Christian Ministries is a nonprofit whose mission is to equip East-Of-Bayshore youth to grow spiritually, gain life skills and develop as leaders so they have hope and a future. The organization serves youth in low-income communities of East Palo Alto and the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park.

Mission Statement

The mission of Hope Horizon East Palo Alto is to equip east-of-Bayshore youth to grow spiritually, gain life skills and develop as leaders so that they have hope and a future.

Description

Hope Horizon serves youth in the East Palo Alto community, meeting practical and spiritual needs through leadership training, spiritual development and life skills application. HH programs continue to grow and effectively serve over 200 youth participants each year in small group settings with individualized attention. Our programs are open to any youth in East Palo Alto, regardless of disability, race, religion or ethnic origin.
