HCA is currently looking for someone to be an for our Social Media platforms! Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to grow Her Choice Advocacy’s social media audience for key demographics.
  • Strengthen the Her Choice Advocacy brand and engage our community on social media by producing creative and compelling content.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of social media messaging.
  • Create strategy and help secure social media cause marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Update and maintain the Her Choice Advocacy website (www.herchoiceadvocacy.org) and the HCA blog.
  • Grow web traffic for herchoiceadvocacy.org by evaluating and improving the site’ traffic.
  • Write clear, compelling communications and feature stories for the web and/or targeted demographics.
  • Build and edit e-communications using tools such as Emma Email Marketing.
  • Work to broaden awareness of Her Choice Advocacy’s work in the U.S and around the world.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Description

Her Choice Advocacy’s purpose is to give intellectual, moral and social instruction to society on why all women who conceived through sexual assault and the children conceived should be protected by law, have social inclusion, and be free from re-victimization.

We seek to provide supportive services, resource assistance, advocacy, social inclusion, public awareness, and campaigning for policy provisions. Further, we wish to educate professionals, advocates, legislatures, and leaders on how to articulate proper comprehensive, culturally sensitive based services and support for women who conceived from sexual assault.
