ORGANIZATION: A PLACE MATTERS INC

A Place Matters, Inc. is seeking members for its Advisory Board Committee. Meetings will be held quarterly: January, April, July and October. Each meeting will be approximately 2 hours in duration.

The main purpose of A Place Matters, Inc. Advisory Board Committee is to:

Work effectively with the Board of Directors;

Keep track of the big picture of the organization’s vision and mission;

Develop strategies to progress the organization into its future;

Create networking opportunities;

Create sponsorship and funding opportunities

Ensure the organization public standing etc.

A Place Matters journey began in 2019, with a vision to provide underrepresented children and families access to resources to create a path to well-being. Today, A Place Matters offers a range of programs to build resilient communities, from combating climate change to providing resources for families who care for loved ones with disabilities.
