YMCA International holds a food pantry every Wednesday and Friday for the general public. Volunteers help from 8:30AM-1:30PM with assembling and distributing boxes of food to those in need of assistance.

We are practicing the following safety measures:

-Volunteers have their temperature taken before they begin volunteering
-There is water and hand sanitizer available for volunteers to use

Individuals and group volunteering are both appreciated.

Mission Statement

To put Judeo-Christian Principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

YMCA International Services, as a center of the YMCA of Greater Houston, provides a number of social service programs for the low-income, immigrant and refugee community. From receiving newly arriving refugees at the airport, locating affordable housing, assisting with a job search, applying for immigration documents, Pre-GED classes, refugee scholarship program and a variety of the more traditional YMCA programming, we do it all!
