Sewers, Knitters, Crocheters, and Quilters wanted! Help us create memories for our patients and families by sharing you skills making Legacy projects. We are also looking for donations of lap blankets, quilts, and prayer shawls.
Some needed items:
*Patriotic quilts or pillows to donate to a dying veteran.
*Lap blankets or shawls to help keep patients warm.
*Fidget blankets or sleeves to help keep patients busy and calm.
*Walker bags, wheelchair bags, or urine bag covers.
*The possibilities are only limited by your creativity!
Use your creativity to donate a handmade item filled with love to our hospice patients who need extra love and support during these difficult times.

Description
We provide quality palliative and end-of-life care to patients with a terminal condition. We are involved in the We Honor Veterans program, which honors Veterans and addresses their unique needs at the end of life. Our program includes: medical doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses-RNs and LPNs, nurse aides, social work services, spiritual care, music therapy, massage therapy, bereavement services, and a volunteer program.
