Board Secretary
Our Board Secretary is a volunteer position, and works closely with the Founder/Executive Director, and our board, in order to insure that we remain in good and compliant standing with regards to our Board Meetings and our required paperwork and reporting.
Our Board meets monthly in Cleveland TN, usually at 4:30 on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
Section 5.05 Powers and Duties of the Secretary. gives proper notice (see Bylaws) of any meetings using current communication methods in use across the organization, creates and timely distributes materials such as agendas and meeting minutes in accordance with the organization’s scheduled board meetings and should ensure an adequate number of meetings are held per year in accordance with the organization’s bylaws. Records minutes of meetings, maintains accurate documentation and tracking legal compliance required by the IRS, State authorities, and any annual filing deadlines, reviews and updates documents as necessary and ensures all documents are safely stored and readily accessible for inspection by Board of Directors. Works closely with Executive Director as a support to insure all of these compliance issues are handled in a timely manner in order to preserve and maintain the good standing of the organization.

Description
Who Saved Whom is a 501c3 non-profit dog rescue that saves at-risk dogs that are usually on death row at local animal control.
We team up long-term to rehab each dog in order to prepare them for successful adoption to their forever homes.
We are volunteer-based, remotely operated, in Cleveland, TN. Initially, we will serve Bradley and Hamilton counties, branching out as success and resources permit.

- Must be at least 21
- Orientation or Training
- 3 hours per week to begin. We'll need you to check to see if there is anything pressing that needs to be addressed. This does not imply that you will do daily work. We simply need to be able to reach you easily, if only to help us make decisions.
- You must have great internet access in your home because we use online collaboration. Also, we need people who are teachable, and willing to support our team effort.
