Our Lifestyle Tech Startup is looking for volunteers. The app was designed with the purpose of helping users get services and connect to communities easier than ever before; in turn making life easier and more accessible for all. The New-York based app startup is currently looking for volunteers that specialize in: social media marketing and PR; English majors, and/or graphic design.

All volunteers must:

Be proficient in and knowledgeable of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and Linkedin.

Understand how using these platforms directly relate to our brand. How to meets goals for the startup during the time of volunteering and beyond.

Self-starters and strong follow through on projects.

Be willing and comfortable while learning something new. Must embrace challenges.

Adaptable in various social environments and meetings.

Be a team player; be comfortable in collaborative environments.

A knowledge of dslr (set up of tripod, focusing lens, lighting, etc.) is strongly recommended.

Be skilled in writing and copy (please provide 2 varied writing samples).

Volunteer start date: ASAP

Be able to fully commit in time and effort.

We are looking for men and women of all backgrounds to join in this technology volunteering.

Rolling acceptance of submissions.

Graphic Designer: Animatic drawings proficient with photoshop, Lightroom, and can draw mock-ups to demonstrate what app looks like on screen of devices.

Expect to make 2 original drawings a week. Must understand storytelling through imagery, and specifically how these visuals will complement and drive forth the vision of the lifestyle tech startup.

Video editor: Looking for someone who is able to grasp idea of pacing; knows and is comfortable on streaming platforms as a means of showing their visuals.

Video editor: knowledge of dslr camera use (set up tripod; focusing camera, lighting, etc.).

PR and marketing: Be able to understand the company culture and incorporate into material consumed by the public.

Skilled in writing press releases.

Be able to plan and execute event with little to no budget.

Be able to multi-task; able to acclimate to any task needed to be completed.

Be comfortable with public speaking.

Take scripts and bring them to life must know OBS or other streaming software compatible with twitch and YouTube. ***Learning curve

Scheduling needs to be sorted when first starting to volunteer.

Must possess in-depth understanding of social media accompanied with first-hand experience.

Must have access to personal computer.

Must have Microsoft Office.

2 video editor volunteers
