Senior facilities have stopped visits from family, friends and volunteers due to Covid-19.
Sonata Hospice is looking for people that like to - crochet, knit, quilt, sew - to make lap blankets, cute pillows or animals, shoulder throws or fidget blankets for our patients in this Covid Isolation.
Your talent can bring a little sunshine and JOY to lonely seniors facilities that are on hospice. Their time is passing and a small gift that shows people care will mean a great deal to the patient and the family.

Sonata Hospice Volunteers are trained to meet the needs of families and patients by providing companionship and short-term respite care. These volunteers are hand-selected and trained. Following reference and background checks, these individuals complete extensive training prior to working with patients. Volunteers make things easier by offering caregiver relief’, companionship, sharing of special interests, letter writing, reading to the patient or help with errands. We are always looking for quality volunteers. Please contact us to learn more about how you can help bring comfort to those in need.
