Providing compassion and caring, while striving to enhance the quality of life for those with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones is our mission at Heart to Heart Hospice. Our goal is to allow patients to rejoice in the lives of their loved ones and share positive memories of the legacy that they are leaving behind. Description

Heart to Heart Hospice has a variety of volunteers that possess different skills and talents needed to assist both patients and their loved ones, while providing support to our interdisciplinary team. The scope of work will be determined by the hospice program and the services that each program offers to patients and family members. Tasks may include providing hands-on care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones, handling administrative work in the office, providing professional services, or utilizing a volunteers specific talents where we are able to!
