50/50 Leadership was founded in 2004 to promote women’s equal leadership. Women are half the population; our vision is that they be half the leaders. We have conducted several programs and many events and currently are focused on providing financial literacy programs for women who grew up in foster care, who have suffered from domestic violence, have been incarcerated, or have been, or are homeless.
We are currently seeking a Google Adwords /Excel specialist who can create, launch, optimize, and oversee Google Ads PPC campaigns Know Google Ad editor Generate an Excel report.
Ideally you would:
- Set up, build, optimize and manage Google Ads for our organization
- Monitor, identify and improve all three components of the AdWords quality Score: Ad Relevance, Expected CTR, and Landing Page Experience.
- Assure keyword targets, landing page content, and text ad copy are all in close alignment and optimized.
- Create a system to track and review ad performance data.

Description
Established in 2004, we provide financial literacy programs to young women who have grown up in foster care, been incarcerated, been unhoused, and/or survived gender-based violence. In the past, we led leadership training programs and honored women who are making a difference around the world.
We feel that every girl and woman should have the opportunity to realize their leadership potential. Whether they are a leader in their home, at work, school or in the community.
We are women and men from all walks of life who agree that leadership should reflect the gender of the population: women make up more than half of the U.S. population and should be equally included in boardrooms, elected offices, academia, and all public and private enterprises and endeavors.
