Our mission is to help low income and homeless individuals and families find and secure housing in the central Delaware area.
Description
The CDHC is a newly-formed organization that operates an emergency shelter (called the House of Hope), supportive/transitional housing, and case management in a supportive, trauma-informed, strengths-based environment for single women experiencing homelessness in Central Delaware.
