Infographic Maker- Job Description - Haiti Now

Ayiti Now Corp is a 501(c)(3) organization based in Miami, Florida and created for empowering marginalized Haitian girls in domestic servitude (known as "Restavek" in Haitian Creole, the local language) through our educational and support programs.


Role brief: You are required to visualize data and develop digital brochures in collaboration with our marketing team. This is a virtual volunteer opportunity where you can work on flexible timings (but should be able to dedicate 5-7 hours weekly and be able to attend team calls)

Responsibilities:

Gather information for brochures reflecting our programs.
Create, design concept for digital brochures.
Design elements

Qualifications and Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing.
Experience in UX, Graphic designing, photoshop, and digital brochures.
Develop slides, infographics and simple icons to communicate high-level strategic concepts.
Responsible for designs that are on strategy and reflect the brand's personality across print campaigns, email campaigns, web banners, landing pages, etc.
Should have experience in Application Design, Website Design, Logo design, marketing collateral, posters, emails, banners, and other marketing assets.
Should be able to convert ideas into designs on paper, very creative, and passionate about his/ her work.
Experience with demonstrated samples of work in the area of data visualization, infographic development, and presentation design
Should possess in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
Able to convey complex data in a contemporary infographic style.
Little knowledge of copywriting/Editing.
Experience or knowledge working in a Non-profit or social issue preferred.
Minimum volunteer hours expected: 5 - 7 hr per week.


After onboarding, Your first assignment will be to start a fundraising campaign. Haiti Now will provide further guidance for you to have a quick and successful fundraiser.
