We’re excited to announce that applications are open to join the Board of Smile Train’s Young Leadership Circle! If you are ready to join a group of young professionals across the US who share your passion for philanthropy, global health, and making kids smile, this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
YLC Board Members serve a one-year term, attend quarterly meetings, and assist with planning fundraising events. Theyalso have the chance to attend our annual YLC Board Conference in NYC, in addition to other exclusive benefits throughout the year.

Smile Train is an international children’s charity that provides 100%-free cleft repair surgery and comprehensive cleft care to children in 85+ developing countries. Our sustainable model empowers local doctors to provide cleft care in their own communities.

- Board Members will serve a 1-year term from July 1, 2021 to June 30th, 2021. Board Members are required to participate in 3 board meetings
- Board Members must complete required Give, Get, or Grow to the equivalent of $1,000 *An additional fundraising goal of $4,000 will qualify Board Members to visit our partners in the field
