Provide mental and physical health and wellness tools to school age youth for the purpose of building strong, healthy and well adults.

Vision

Create an international holistic network of wellness providers who share powerful tools to create communities of healthy and well individuals.

Goal

• Provide 1 million youth access to health and wellness skills by Summer 21-22 to have a positive impact of decreasing stress, improving focus, fitness, and self love.
• Train 1000 parents in wellness skills
• Train 1000 teachers in wellness skills
• Train 100 new FF2FF Instructors

Looking for a curious and innovative researcher to help us better serve students, parents and educators. We know yoga is great for people but a lot of people have not found out about how transformative it can be for youth and adults. Educating the educators on how the wellness tools can be helpful for their goals are essential to helping youth learn and develop.We want to learn the best ways to serve by doing the important research.

Weekly meetings for updates
Create action plans from research
Learn more about research and development to improve your skills
