NEEDED: Volunteers who want to join our event committee and help plan out all the logistics for our annual Summer Gala, White Light White Night. You will be required to attend ALL virtual committee meetings (scheduled every two weeks). Not only will you be joining an incredible family oriented community, but you will be able to help support our mission.
White Light White Night 2021 is a charity event to raise much needed funds for Walk With Sally, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. WLWN will be a night to remember with: a live musical guest and a "Taste of L.A." food festival. Join us on this magical night as we shine the light on the struggles of families impacted by cancer!
Because of this event and your support, Walk With Sally is able to continue to grow in our mission to provide hope through individualized mentoring and community support services to empower children experiencing trauma through a parent, guardian or sibling’s cancer journey.

Walk With Sally is dedicated to lessening the burden of cancer for children and families through critical programs and services by way of mentorship, mental health support, art healing, and financial empowerment.
Description
Walk With Sally believes no child should walk alone in the face of a loved one's cancer journey. Because we don't want cancer to define or limit children for the rest of their lives, we create hope, healing and a supportive community through individualized mentoring, which transforms the lives not only of the children, but also of the families impacted by cancer.
