Board terms are 2 years in length with the opportunity for renewal. Board members are required to chair a committee, to regularly attend meetings and events. Each board member has an annual goal to Give or Get at least $1000 for GOTROC during our July - June fiscal year. If a member joins the organization mid-year, this goal is prorated upon written approval of the Board Chair or Treasurer.

There is a required minimum GIVE of $250 in cash from each member annually. This is the equivalent cost of one girl’s participation, including her shoes. This donation should be made shortly after appointment to the Board or at the beginning of the fiscal year.
