ORGANIZATION: Normandale Center for Healing & Wholeness

We are looking for people who love to sew and who are able to share their skills with individuals in Memory Care.

A Memory Bear or Memory Pillow are sewn by a volunteer with compassion and love, is a forever friend who can ease a hurting or lonely heart, and put a smile on their face :)

The Memory Bear or Pillow, should have a pocket in the front to fit a photo.

This Memory Pillow or Bear could be sown from any fabric such as from an old sweater, pants, bathrobe, etc.

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to give back to the community and put a smile on someone's face who is not able to get out, and are mostly isolated.
