Help us reach our goal to receive letters from all 50 states. We are calling on people across America to write letters to patients.
Your letter helps to support our seniors and patients in isolation during the Covid-19 crisis.

HOW TO HELP
Letters can be handwritten or typed. Address your letter "Greetings to you"
- Focus on the positive.
- State in your letter that you are writing on behalf of Snowline Hospice
- Isolation is difficult. Remind them that they have the support of their Snowline team.
- No COVID19 or terminal illness talk.
- Include photos? Yes! But no photos of people.
- No politics, religion, or over personal information
- Sign only your first name to letter please
