Community Nutrition Services & Senior Services Association/Meals on Wheels in Will County is looking for a Kitchen Facilitator.

Volunteers would ideally be available 2-4 hours per day, a minimum of 2-3 days per week. You will be helping to pack meal delivery bags, talk with drivers about daily routes, carry meal delivery bags to delivery driver car and answer phones.

Join us for lunch!

Fight against hunger by giving back to the older adults in your community! The Community Nutrition Network needs your help serving meals at our café sites as well as delivering meals to homebound adults. These opportunities can last anywhere from 1-3 hours and are located at various sites throughout the northern Illinois area.

At The Community Nutrition Network, we strive to keep older adults and persons with disabilities an active part of their community by providing them with the support they need. Much more than a meal, our programs combat depression and isolation, offers companionship, and provides safety checks for homebound adults.
