Office Volunteer

(will work remotely until Arthritis Foundation ban is lifted and employees can return to work)

Description:

The Alabama Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation is looking for Office volunteers to assist with online research projects, administrative duties, and office organization.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Help with online research
  • Assist with phone calls to constituents
  • Help organize/compile event and outreach materials
  • Assist staff members with current projects

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

  • Administrative and IT Skills, ability to maintain records (Microsoft Office).
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent organizational skills, detailed record keeping
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Effective communication skills
