Advocacy and Protection:
Philadelphia Long Term Care Ombudsman Program - represents the interests of others. The program helps to protect the rights of individuals in long term care facilities, including participants in older adult daily living centers. Staff and volunteers visit long term care facilities; inform residents of their rights; and investigate complaints.
