ORGANIZATION: North Marin Community Services

North Marin Community Services hosts a weekly food pantry on Tuesdays, and we are looking for volunteers to package food bags for distribution (8:30 - 11:30) and work the distribution line (12:30 - 3:30) (currently the pantry is drive-through due to COVID-19). No long-term commitment is required but we always appreciate repeat volunteers!

What We Do: Both Novato Youth Center (NYC) and Novato Human Needs Center (NHNC) had over 40-year histories of serving people in need in Novato and our surrounding communities. Now stronger together as North Marin Community Services (NMCS), our 60 staff and 300 volunteers serve 10,000+ youth, adults and families annually. Currently over 75% of those we serve are from low-income families, and our three program areas (Child Development, Health & Wellness, and Family & Community Engagement) work together to yield great impacts.
