ORGANIZATION: LAKES AREA COMMUNITY COALITION

  • 4 people are interested

Have you or a family member been affected by the disease of addiction? Did you know that more people now die as a result of substance use than from any other cause of death? Join us in our effort to implement prevention programs and raise awareness across the lakes area and throughout the Walled Lake Consolidated School District.

If you have experience or skills in human resources, risk management, or organizational policies and systems, we could use your help. Our Governance subcommittee will be led by LACC's board of directors members and we will be looking at ways to strengthen our bylaws, procedures, and systems to empower our substance use prevention work in the community. Join us if you think this might be a way you can give back.
