Basic video editing needed: cropping out pauses, etc. in videos of folks reading. We will be recording our volunteers reading books and sending them out to various schools. These videos need minor edits once recorded, to edit out pauses, beginning and end.
RSVP, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Burlington County, is part of the National Service Corps that provides volunteer opportunities to individuals 55 and older in order to improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement. RSVP is currently partnered with over 20 stations throughout Burlington County with focuses on the following areas: grade school literacy and tutoring, high school and adult literacy--including tutoring at RCBC, health and wellness settings, and financial services to senior citizens.

RSVP recruits, interviews and places persons 55 and over in meaningful volunteer positions. We are affiliated with multiple non-profits in Burlington County. We have job descriptions from these organizations to help us find the appropriate volunteer positions. We also have programs that we directly administer such as our State Health Insurance Assistance Program, A Matter of Balance, Chronic Disease/Pain Self-Management, the Money Management Bill Payer Program and the Fit & Strong! Program..

Make a Difference in Your Community!
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides opportunities for people 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers can choose an opportunity that allows them to volunteer as little or as much as they would like each month, serving through schools, adult day care centers, the tax program, health related educational programming and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. RSVP matches the personal interests and skills of older Americans with opportunities to help solve community problems and offers supplemental insurance while on duty, and on-the-job training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
