The Disaster Workforce Engagement team is responsible for ensuring onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and recognition are provided to the volunteer workforce within Disaster Cycle Services. Projects may include but are not limited to conducting volunteer interviews, updating profiles in Volunteer Connection, recognition activities, analyzing reports/data, scheduling volunteers, etc. Contact Lee at lee.borofka@redcross.org for more information.
