We are searching for an organized and creative individual to assist in researching funding opportunities, to develop relationships and play supportive roles with clients, and write compelling grants proposals. Preferred applicants are deadline-driven team players with outstanding multitasking abilities, with experience in grant writing and a track record for drafting successful proposals.

We are searching for an organized and creative individual to assist in researching funding opportunities, to develop relationships and play supportive roles with clients, and write compelling grants proposals. Preferred applicants are deadline-driven team players with outstanding multitasking abilities, with experience in grant writing and a track record for drafting successful proposals.
Qualifications
Excellent grant proposal writing skills and experience writing grants for nonprofits.
Skills: Fundraising / grant writing, Grant Research / Grantwriting
Desired Hours per Week: 11-20 hours per week
Timeframe: This position is available on a year-round basis.

LGBT VOICE Tanzania is a registered National Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) organization working to advance equality, diversity, education and justice. LGBT VOICE Tanzania works to advance recognition of human rights based of sexual orientation and gender identity at the national level and promote the articulation of clear national norms and mobilize international pressure because our government failed to live up to those standards.
