At Kind Hearts, we are taking huge steps to increase our growth to communities and schools in our neighborhood with our focus on fatherhood programs. We need expertise at every level of our non-profit and are taking important steps towards building a better Board of Directors. We have partnered up with the RSVP program called VEC, Volunteer Executive Consultants, and they are helping us on our journey to become bigger by lending their expertise in setting up all of the groundwork for a successful nonprofit. One of the most important steps we need to take is to secure a focused oriented and outcome-driven team of enthusiasts on our Board of Directors. We would like to ask you to be a part of that team. We would like to tap into some new enthusiasm and ask people if they would like to work with us in promoting our programs and gathering more interest for Kind Hearts in the community. The team at VEC is helping us build from the ground floor, starting with a new Strategic Plan and we would like to have anyone who is interested in helping us grow, begin that task with us. We would be honored if you would consider becoming an important part of our team. The position is strictly voluntary and would require attendance at scheduled meetings. But most of all would encourage particular talents that people might like to share and any ideas that you think would be beneficial.
