Deliver Fresh Produce - Pickup/Dropoff to Encompass' Community Services

deliver fresh and nutritious food to some of the community members that need it more than ever right now. Live Earth Farm produce will be picked up and delivered to the homeless youth/young adults, through Encompass Community Services. https://www.encompasscs.org/

The job would include:
-Picking up at Live Earth Farm in Watsonville Tuesdays or Thursdays between 10 and 12 am. ( It must be within this time frame )
-A staffer will come greet you.
-This load is pretty small and could be transported in really any vehicle.
-Load food into your car for drop off.
-An Encompass staffer will greet you at 380 Encinal St Suite 200, Santa Cruz with further instruction of where to unload.

Mission Statement

Farm Discovery at Live Earth is a nonprofit organization working in the Pajaro Valley community to empower youth and families to build and sustain healthy food, farming, social and natural systems. Our home, Live Earth Farm, is a 150 acre patchwork of working organic farm, riparian corridor, oak and redwood forest in the Pajaro Valley of Santa Cruz County, California. Discovery Docents are needed to help lead groups of students through our organic farm education activities Mondays and Fridays 8:30-12:30 during the school year. Special Events Volunteers table and lead activities at community events throughout the year.
