We are looking for a Bookeeper who has basic knowledge of online Quickbooks, bookkeeping, and nonprofits. Willing to train if the right person has the basics. Knowledge of or willingness to learn yearly IRS Form 990 and State Form CT-12 is a plus. Could attend monthly Board meetings, first Wednesday at 6pm. Could be virtual position.

The Santiam Heritage Foundation is restoring the historic Brown House in Stayton Oregon. The house is used for community social and cultural events and will provide office space for businesses or non-profit organizations.

The Santiam Heritage Foundation, Inc is a recognized Oregon 501(c)(3) charitable organization. It is organized exclusively for non-political, charitable, educational purposes. Specifically, the purpose is to raise and administer funds to restore the Charles and Martha Brown House and establish an endowment to support operations, progress, and services to the community.
