ORGANIZATION: The Hermitage Museum & Gardens

Sunsets on the River concerts are a great and fun way to volunteer with your friends. They occur every other Thursday starting July 9th at 5:30pm until 9:00pm. We have 1-2 bands playing on the backlawn with multiple food trucks. We have a station that serves soft drinks, water and alcohol (beer and wine). This is one of our most packs and popular events at the Hermitage and what makes these events a success if the help from our volunteers. You have an option of volunteering at the bar (21+) pouring beer and wine. You could also volunteer at admissions by check ID's, handing out wristband or checking names off of a list. You get a 15 minutes brake to grab food from one of our food trucks (one truck gives a free option to volunteers) and you get a free drink from the bar (soda, water or beer or wine if of legal age). We ask that volunteers stay and help us break down admissions and or the bar at the end of the night.
*Must be 16 years or older to volunteer
*Must be 21 years or older to volunteer at the bar
