Angels of hospice are needed at the office to help with administrative tasks (answer phones & take messages; assemble new patient admission packets; assemble new volunteer training/orientation packets; assemble marketing packets. Make calls to patients & families)

Other opportunities include providing life enrichment activities in Assissted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities (such as games, music, exercise, art/craft project, facilitate socials), caregiver relief and companionship visits in private homes or facilities.

Volunteers bring joy, hope, comfort, support and build lasting relationships and create memories.

At Regency SouthernCare Hospice, we are committed to clinical excellence and integrity, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of hospice care and comfort. We see each individual as more than a patient. Our skilled professionals and volunteers design an all-encompassing program, customized to each patient that addresses not only the physical needs but also the emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and family.

  • With Regency SouthernCare we offer flexible hours. Volunteers may donate their time during the week or weekends and commit to a minimum of 3 hours a month. Our agency services the Tri-County area, and volunteers may choose the areas to volunteer.
  • Must be compassionate, have a positive and pleasant attitude, willingness and desire to help others. Must be dependable.
