The New Castle County Farmers' Market Program is looking for committed volunteers to help in all markets.

BELLEVUE FARMERS MARKET

The Bellevue Farmers Market occurs on Fridays from June 5 to October 2. The market occurs every Friday from 4 to 7pm (rain or shine).

Volunteers must be able to stand for long periods at a time in seasonal weather. Volunteers should be able to lift (50lbs), bend and squat. Volunteers must be able to help with set up and breakdown activities as well as enjoy interacting with the general public. This volunteer opportunity is perfect for anyone who enjoys working as part of a team and working outside! The minimum age to volunteer is 18 (12 to 17 with a parent or legal guardian).

Two volunteers needed every week to help at Bellevue Farmers Market. Help is needed 2 hours prior to start time to 1 hour after closing (ie, 3 to 8pm).

Please note, regular volunteers must undergo a non-reimbursable background check.
