We are looking for multiple different positions. Here are the positions and their requirements below:
Editor in Film/Media Studies
CPMHA runs a podcast, Paolo’s Podcast, and is looking for editors.
- Film/Media Studies majors will be working on editing the podcast and also other promotional content for the campaign
- Applicants need basic editing experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Preferably edit out of Premiere
- Motion graphic experience preferred
- Send an example of your editing work.
Program Coordinator/ Executive Assistant
Will monitor work and ensure assignments are being handed in on time. This position will work closely with the founder and board of directors to accomplish strategic goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, business administration, management, public administration, social work, or a related field required.
- Great managerial skills
- Ability to evaluate the business environment in which a company operates
- Knowledge of human relations/ Superior interpersonal communications
- Strong analytical skills
- Task management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skills in business writing
- Experience with computers/ Microsoft Office Suite
- These are not necessary to know beforehand but you will be learning: how to scale the business, write business pro-forma, and meet goals and objectives
Digital Marketing/Graphic Design/Public Relations/ Advertising/ Marketing
Proficient individuals in all forms of media to run marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, support the team with specific daily projects, and help create and market successful fundraising campaigns.
- Digital marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations and Advertising majors

- Social Media proficiency, experience in SocialPilot or similar Social Media management software preferred

Support Group Leaders
University of Michigan Master’s in psychology students to run online support group therapy programs. It is a requirement to be in the Master’s program and to have experience or will soon have training in this area
- In Master’s in Psychology program
- Experience/training completed in coordinating and leading group therapy and support groups
- Compassionate, driven individuals who plan on being psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, guidance counselors
- Have access to nation’s top psychologist, Dr. Russell A. Bourne as a mentor
Researchers in Psychology/Social Work/ Healthcare/ Related field
Driven individuals who are interested in the mental health field to research and help with a variety of tasks such as implementing crisis management programs, taking part in our Mental Health in Public Schools Program Research Project, or researching cutting edge techniques in place in hospitals across the nation and world.

Future Agents/Lawyers
Entertainment/agent/law/related majors to review and negotiate sponsorship deals for our podcast and campaign.

We require someone who is good at communicating with others, is professional, has good writing skills, and sincerely wants to help others. We deal with some tough topics in the mental health world, and it is not for everyone. Mission Statement
Our not-for-profit's mission is to spread awareness of the difficulties in facing concussions, pain, and mental illness and to hopefully change the stigma of dealing with these issues while providing coping strategies that individuals and families might find helpful.
Description
At CPMHA we believe there is always another way to get better and lessen your pain.
We are looking for someone who is good with marketing, social media, and can think outside the box. On any given day, you can be making social media posts, writing e-mails, press releases, or helping implement ideas for our marketing campaign, our podcast, or our online support group. We are currently marketing our podcast and online confidential support group. These are the two main programs that we believe can help fight against the national and international mental health crisis that affects so many people.
