Purpose: Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Engage with blood donors to promote blood donation and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations
Key Responsibilities: Welcome, take temperature of donor using thermal scan thermometer. Check-in donor, ensure donor reads pre-donation materials (before via RapidPass or during check-in), schedule next appointment, offer promotional items when available, encourage best donation process * Ensure canteen area is clean, sanitized, restocked and donors are re-hydrated after donation procedure.
