Assistant training manager
This position is critical our Training Manager role is in charge of creating interactive and easy to understand training guides for new volunteers.
This role's main functions.
1: Our team has a lot of NEW moving parts & roles. We need someone that has general experience of putting together training programs for new volunteers joining the organization.
This is a leadership role, in the beginning, you will be helping to create new department policies and training initiatives for the incoming volunteers.
Additionally, you should possess the following leadership skills:

We help connect people that can't leave their homes (elderly, pregnant, immunocompromised, etc) due to COVID-19 with local volunteers who provide basic shopping assistance for essential items.
We only have one goal and that's to properly and rapidly deploy safe and kind volunteers who can help in their local communities with people who need it the most!
