Operation Gratitude

  • 100 people are interested

All of our volunteerism is virtual due to the current coronavirus crisis. You can participate in all of our projects at your own home and send them to Operation Gratitude!

Because our Deployed Troops and First Responders can’t stop, we won’t stop!

Join us as we continue to give back and say "Thank You" to all who serve by volunteering virtually from home.

Our #VirtualVolunteerism campaign will allow every American the opportunity to support Deployed Troops, National Guardsmen, First Responders, and Emergency Medical Personnel on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are writing letters, knitting, crocheting and sewing handmade items and making paracord bracelets. For more information, please visit the link below.

How This Helps Our Community

Our response to COVID-19 is a call to action for #VirtualVolunteerism, and we are providing 3 ways for you (and your family) to give back from your own home.

During this global pandemic, Operation Gratitude will continue to meet the ever-changing needs of our care package recipients. Join us to demonstrate that actions do speak louder than words and show our COVID-19 First Responders that as long as they continue to serve, we will continue to support them

You can send your donation in to:

About Operation Gratitude

9409 Owensmouth Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311, US

Mission Statement

The mission of Operation Gratitude is to create opportunities for all Americans to say 'Thank You' to their Military and First Responder heroes.

Operation Gratitude is one of the largest and most impactful nonprofits in the country for hands-on volunteerism in support of military, veterans, and first responders. In March of 2003, Operation Gratitude sent its first four care packages to deployed service members in Iraq. Since its inception, the organization has encouraged millions of Americans to express their gratitude through hands-on volunteerism, in turn lifting the spirits of more than 3.3 million deployed troops, recruit graduates, veterans, military families, first responders, and healthcare heroes. The volunteers of Operation Gratitude are a generous and spirited grassroots network of Americans joined in a common cause to say "Thank You" to all who serve our great nation. For more information visit, or follow us on Twitter at @ OpGratitude.
