This is a big fundraiser for Easterseals Blake Foundation and takes place at Mr. An's restaurant on N. Oracle Rd.
There is a lot of opportunity leading up to the event: we need volunteers to help us get items donated for the silent auction and the live auction. This is something that can easily be done from home and would be so helpful for us. If you are able to help us get things donated by calling/emailing/contacting businesses you know, etc...please let our volunteer and event manager, Annette Mather know by calling 520-788-5659.
We also need wineries to donate cases of white and red wine for our wine pull. If you have any connections and can help with that, please let Annette Mather know.
Before the event, we get together and put all the auction items together, and get them ready for the event. We also wrap every bottle of wine for the wine pull raffle.
On the day of the event we arrive early and set up the restaurant, decorate, and set up the auction items. We get the laptops set up for the check in , payment, and check out processes.
We need volunteers to help with all of this, check guests in, take payments, and process check out. Help us set up and tear down, help us move all auction items to a staging area when the auction closes, Help out during the event as needed.

Founded in 1950, EBF has been serving individuals with disabilities and their families throughout Southern Arizona, with the capacity to positively impact the lives of over 1.3 million people each year. We currently have a presence and offer programs in Pima, Cochise, Santa Cruz, Graham, Pinal and Greenlee counties.
Every dollar raised for the organization goes back into our local community.

- Must be at least 21
- If you can do the full day that would be 10:00am to 9:00pm. You can come whatever time you are available to help and stay as long as you can. We are flexible with the shifts, just let us know what times you are available.
- It is very crowded and there are stairs involved. Need to be comfortable around a large crowd, able to move about freely and easily with auction items that may be breakable, good with a surface laptop and taking payments.
