Our clinicians and facility staff need your help! If you would like to sew and donate masks for our Hospice Team and/or Senior Living Facility Staff, please reach out to Brookdale Hospice. Our healthcare professionals would be able to wash and reuse when needed and would be forever grateful!
As you know, this pandemic is causing a shortage in face masks allover the globe. Our Hospice team is essential in taking care of our hospice patients and their families. They are on-call 24/7, and are the last few individuals allowed inside senior living facilities. But in doing so, they are putting themselves at risk of exposure to Covid-19. We are hopeful that your handmade masks will help our essential staff stay safe and limit their risk of exposure!
We can provide you with templates and links on how to make the proper CDC approved masks!
Joann's Fabric Stores are also helping by providing free material and fabric for mask making. :)
