Help us identify new, creative, and innovative approaches to effectively and efficiently measure our program goals and success.

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica has made significant efforts to remain viable to our kids and their families. We are shifting our model to provide distance-learning and services online, raising money for direct cash assistance, and harnessing resources for program support for our under-resourced kids and families.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Research available outcome measuring tools (Ex. assessments, evaluations, surveys, best practices)
  • Re-evaluating our indicators for success in measuring progress
  • On-going communication between our Volunteer Director and Cheif Operating Officer
  • Research previous recipients; reports, data and other correspondence to reporting
  • Track and monitor resources, and requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in philanthropy and non-profits a plus
  • Proven experience in non-profit management, data reporting, research, analytics+ a big plus
