Volunteers will assist in the unloading of food pallets and supplies as well as preparing 1100 bags of fresh produce. After the preparation of the bags of fresh produce, volunteers will help load the bags onto vans for delivery to Senior Buildings.

Volunteer Guidelines: COVID-19

  • Protective Equipment: Masks, Gloves, and Sanitizer will be provided
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Clean and wash your hands before, during, and after volunteering for a minimum of 20 seconds.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Need to know:
  • Free parking for Jersey Cares volunteers will be available in the parking lot, in the back of the building. Dress comfortably.

Jersey Cares works to meet community needs by making volunteering easy and meaningful.
