If you would like to help assemble toiletry kits that will be handed out with boxes of food, please inquire about available dates and times.

Provide people in the Kansas City area affected by poverty with services and opportunities that encourage self-confidence, meet the needs of today, and provide the tools for future self-sufficiency.


Cross-Lines is a nonprofit organization that is on the front lines of working with families and individuals in the cycle of poverty and homelessness. Cross-Lines offers participants emergency services such as food, clothing, rent and utility assistance.

  • Cross-Lines will provide hand sanitizer and gloves. If the volunteer does not have a mask, we have extra.
