Tot Discovery Days are held on the first Friday of every month at Eugene Science Science. This monthly event is designed to engage our youngest members of the community in science education! Volunteers will participate in hands-on art and science activities with preschoolers and their parents. No prior scientific knowledge is necessary - we will provide all the training necessary to be a kid-science expert! Volunteers interested in this opportunity will need to go through our regular recruitment process.
Tot Days are held from 9am-12pm on the first Friday of every month. Each month is a new and exciting theme!
Required: All volunteers must attend a mandatory training session, as well as complete either a background check (for volunteers 18+) or reference check (for volunteers under 18 years old), before they can work any shifts. Let us know if you’re interested in this position and the volunteer coordinator will let you know when the next training session has been scheduled.
