Although the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana are not able to open our doors, we are opening our hearts. In collaboration with Dare to Care we are providing grab and go meals Monday - Friday from 4:00- 5:00pm at the Shawnee, Parkland and Newburg sites. JCPS has also added the Parkland and Shawnee Club locations as lunch distribution sites. Our kids and families still need our help with food and other supplies. Donation deliveries can be scheduled by email or phone to thood@bgckyana.org or 502 338-6283. We are currently collecting the following items:
gift cards to grocery stores or restaurants
books (reading, coloring,puzzle and workbooks)
individually wrapped snacks such as cheese crackers, animal crackers, chips, granola bars, pop tarts etc.
water
gatorade/powerade
juice
paper products
personal hygiene items
cleaning supplies
puzzles
cards
games
legos
